The jacquard face — 80 percent polyester, 20 percent spandex — is treated against liquid, and the TPU film bonded to the back is the failsafe, a continuous waterproof layer that nothing soaks through. Spills bead, sit, and wipe away.
Installation follows the seamed labels: line them up with the arms, pull the cover down, tuck the excess into the seams, and slide in the included foam strips to keep everything in place. The elastic bottom finishes the fit so the sofa looks dressed, not covered.
